COOL GIN DRINKS

JONATHAN’S LIME AND CORIANDER MARTINI
GLASS: COCKTAIL
GARNISH: SLICE OF DESEEDED RED CHILLI
2 shots Gin
1/2 shot freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 shot sugar syrup
12- 15 leaves fresh coriander
Muddle coriander leaves with lime and
sugar syrup. Add gin and ice. Shake and double strain. Rim
glass with chilli and drop in.
CRIMSON FIZZ
GLASS: COLLINS
2 shots gin
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
6 strawberries
Crush the strawberries and shake all
ingredients vigorously for several minutes then strain into
cold tall glass. Fizz up with bottled soda water, stirring
continuously as water is added. The point of this drink is
that it should be served foaming.
